On just 85 square meters, right next to a row of townhouses, an exclusive, miniature oasis inspired by the harmonious Japanese style has been created. The priority of this project was to ensure absolute privacy for the clients—carefully selected, oriental plant arrangements create a natural, dense screen, effectively shielding the relaxation area from the view of neighbors. It is a masterful combination of Far Eastern philosophy of tranquility with the maximum utilization of every inch of the micro-lot.
